Chef Tom Thai opened Foxley in 2007, his second restaurant in Toronto after working for 10 years as a sushi chef at Tempo and Canoe. It is named after the adjoining Foxley St.street on Ossington avenue.
His kitchen staff have been working with him for over 15 years and is made up of his brother David Thai, brother in law Allen Liu, and high school friend Shaun Wong.
